EASTERN SHORE FALL 2014 CLASS – Consulting, Training, and Development Services through a grant provided by the ASMBA Foundation conducted the 2014 Eastern Shore Class.  Orientation Sessions were conducted on August 12, 2014 at the DLLR Workforce Center located in Easton, MD and on August 19, 2014 at the National Guard Armory located in Salisbury, MD.   After the completion of the program screening assessments a total of six (6) veterans were accepted into the program.  Here is a summary of their business ventures:

• Business Management Consulting Services
• Fishing and Charter Cruise Vessel
• Professional Dog Trainer
• Restaurant
• Scented Body Products

Classes started on September 10, 2014 and alternate weekly between the DLLR Workforce Center in Easton and the National Guard Armory in Salisbury .

The Graduation Ceremony was held on November 19, 2014 at American Legion Post 64 in Salisbury. All six (6) of the veterans completed the course and received a certification of completion, moving forward with their original business ventures

The Guest Speaker was Adrian Holmes, a 2012 Project Opportunity^SM graduate and co-owner of TNT Moving and Cleaning by Design.
