Warline was born in North Carolina and is the daughter of an Army Veteran. After 27 years of active duty, Warline retired as Colonel from the United States Army and entered in the private sector. Among her most notably assignments were her tours in the Pentagon where she worked for two Chiefs of Staff, and her work in the National Capital Region for Air Missile Defense.
In the private sector, Warline is the CEO and Founder of BHL Group, LLC. A business that specializes in consulting, leader development, educational services, and strategic planning. The mission to help entrepreneurs and small businesses develop and implement policies, processes, and procedures to design and prepare them for the future.
Prior to launching her own business in 2018, Warline was the Military Deputy for the Army Evaluation Command on Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Her role included managing multiple acquisition, cyber, and technical military programs across 12 directorates which answered directly to the Secretary of the Army, the Chief Naval Officer, and Secretary of the Air Force.
Warline is a certified Defense Cooperation and Security Agency trained Defense Coordinating Officer. She served as a Professor of Military Science at the Air Defense Artillery School. She is Lean Six Sigma trained and teaches the concept of “No Value Added”.
She serves in leadership positions for two nonprofits. One most notable is the CHOSEN Leadership Academy a youth mentor program which provides mentors to middle school and high school students. The other is the Bryant Educational Leadership Group. She is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated and a member of the American Legion Post 308.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Forensic Science from the Elizabeth City State University. She has a Master’s Degree in the Human Resources Administration with a concentration on Organizational Leadership. She graduated from the United States Army, Center of Leadership. She is aspiring to achieve a Doctor of Education (EDD) from Phoenix University. She is married has one daughter.
