Project OpportunitySM is pleased to announce that we have had four graduates selected for the Global Good Fund 2019 Veterans Leadership Development Program

The Global Good Fund has partnered with the Smithfield Foundation for the Veterans Leadership Development Program to provide five months of leadership development coaching, seven months of executive mentoring, and $5,000 in grant funds to support the professional development activities of those who are selected.

Sharon L. Cummings, is an experienced entrepreneur with over 25 years of corporate experience. Ms. Cummings is a disabled veteran of the U.S. Army, mentor, and advocate for the underserved. Her passion for community service led her to start Teen Sircles, Inc., a 501(c) 3 organization that offers guidance and resources to empower youth and young adults. In 2016, Ms. Cummings started Own My Anger (OMA) Wellness. OMA focuses on helping people recognize and self-manage personal triggers. From school aged youth to public service workers, Ms. Cummings has touched the lives of many. Ultimately, her desire is to help in building safe, self-sustainable communities with strong educational foundations.

Jennifer Luik is Co-founder and CEO of Decisions Oriented, Inc., a consulting and systems engineering company located in MD.
